Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer telehealth for all services?

Yes, most of our services including psychiatric evaluations and medication management are available via telehealth. Coverage for telehealth depends on your specific insurance plan, which we will verify prior to your appointment.

What if I have a high deductible?

If you have a high deductible health plan, you will be responsible for the full contracted rate of the visit until your deductible is met. We will provide you with a clear estimate of this cost before your session.

How do I submit an out-of-network claim?

If we are out-of-network with your insurance, we can provide you with a “Superbill.” This is a detailed receipt that contains all the diagnostic and procedure codes needed for you to submit a claim directly to your insurance provider for potential partial reimbursement.

Can I use my HSA/FSA card?

Yes! Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) can be used to pay for psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy sessions.
